RATES and POLICIES*:
Check-in Time is 3:00 pm or later;
Check-out Time is 11:00 am.
Rates are for two adults and include:
... appetizers upon check-in,
... dessert each evening and
... a big hot breakfast each morning (orders taken upon arrival).
Cancellations include a cancellation fee of $35.00 and a loss of deposit if greater than 14 days is
not given prior to arrival date.
Room keys are to be returned at Check-out. A $30.00 fee will be charged for each unreturned or lost key.
To Maintain the Beautiful Wood Floors and Allow our Guests a Quiet Experience, we ask guests to remove
shoes in entryway.
A 50% Pre-payment for Reservation.
Guests will be assessed a damage fee for any property damages.
Use of Tobacco Products inside the Grand Victorian is Prohibited.
No Pets. No shoes. Stockings or bare feet only.

Vintage Cottage Rental . . .

. . $160 / Night for 2 - 6 nights stay
. . $1,000 One week stay
These Cottage rates include food for 2 adults, additional adults will incur additional fees.
Visa and Mastercard are Welcome.
